I thought the rules were fairly straight forward but obviously I was wrong!
Each day, there must be 1 lay (any price). The shorter the price the more you will make but also the riskier it will be.
The stinger bet is effectively an extra bet each day just in case there is a race where you fancy 2 horses

Basically for those who havent attended cambridge yet  ...
1 bet per race - either E100 on the nose or E50 e/w
1 lay bet per day at any price for a liability of E400
1 stinger bet per day - either E50 on the nose or E25 e/w.
